Dining at the Salmon River Lodge
Our cooks serve a curated homestyle menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The coffee, tea and hot cocoa bar is always open along with a snack bar available to all of our guests.
Breakfast Every Morning
Around 8:30am guests trickle into the main lodge throughout the morning to grab a cup of ready-made coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. Relax on the deck until pancakes, egg scrambles, crispy bacon and the like are served at the buffet. Lighter options like granola, yogurt, and fruit are always an option.
Lunch Every Afternoon
By 12pm, guests will hear memory the triangle sounding from the main lodge, indicating that it’s time to eat! Enjoy a fresh salad, soup or sandwiches on house-made focaccia bread. Sun tea and lemonade are some of our favorite drinks to serve on a hot summer day next to the river.
Dinner Every Evening
Typically served at 6:30pm, dinner is inspired by our cook’s childhood family recipes. Join your friends at the table to enjoy meals like oven-fried parmesan chicken served with a side of buttermilk blue wedge salad. Dessert lovers will enjoy a classic ice cream sundae or Elsie’s New York Cheesecake.
